No, all patients are seen on a scheduled appointment basis only.

Do you see urgent care/emergencies?
Unfortunately, Churchland Animal Clinic is not equipped to manage true emergency or critical-care cases. These situations often require specialized staffing, continuous monitoring, advanced diagnostics, hospitalization, oxygen support, or other resources that are not available in a general practice setting.

For evaluation of what an actual pet emergency is, click here. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, we recommend contacting an emergency veterinary hospital that has the appropriate resources to provide immediate and intensive care.

If you are unsure whether your pet’s condition is an emergency, please call us and our team can help guide you toward the most appropriate next step, you may also click here.

How do I request medication / written refills?

If you are looking to purchase a product directly from the clinic, please call the office to ensure that we have it in stock. If you are interested in purchasing online, you may order through our online pharmacy here. Due to high volume, for all medication and written prescription refills, we ask that you please allow 48 – 72 hours before contacting the clinic regarding a status update.

What do I need for a first-time appointment?

If this is your pet’s first time seeing us, please provide any previous medical information and vaccinations to info@churchlandanimalclinic.com when you schedule the appointment. One of our care team members will provide you with available appointment dates and times. Any paperwork provided by our staff is required to be filled out in its entirety.
